A Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.

What will I be doing?

\n\nPrepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines\nKeep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination\nPrepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus\nAssist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nEnsure foods are of good quality and stored correctly\nContribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nReport maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation\nAwareness departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team\nBe environmentally aware\n

What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nStrong experience as a cook\nLeadership and communication skills\nPositive attitude and ability to work in a team\nCommitment to providing a high level of customer service\nAbility to innovate and adapt to change\nTime availability (morning and/or rotating shifts - afternoon)\nKnowledge of foreign language is a plus \n\n
