As a Demand Planning Supervisor you will manage the monthly S&OP process, including the development and management of short, medium and long-term Demand forecasts. You ensure that you use Top-down methods to determine overall demand and refine it with Bottom up. You will ensure the agreement of the operational forecast with the strategic financial goals and detect opportunities for the business.

You will lead the communication of variances in demand and inventory plans to strategic goals.

You will report to Planning and Inventory Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the alternative plans to move slow / obsolete products together with the commercial teams.

Deliver the corresponding provision and charge reason to the finance team for those potential write-offs generated during the month.

Manage our main planning processes.

Establish a strategic vision and motivate the organization to support this vision.

Define priorities and direction for a department.

Manage the new product process and coordinate the launch process.

Communicate goals with each team while keeping the service level in mind.

Be a bridge between teams, operations planning, manufacturing, logistics and distribution and customer service to establish priorities to improve service level.

Qualifications

Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Actuary, administration.

3+ years of experience in demand Forecasting models and Indicators, S&OP.

Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Power BI.

Advanced English.

ERP management (SAP, Oracle, PP, MM, APO, VCP modules).
