Your Key Responsibilities Plan and execute the weekly and monthly DCC. Check demand against capacity for relocation or PEP projects Real Capacity Management: Update and maintain historical and real capacity, replenishment lead times, and master data files. Conduct regular reviews of capacity, or participate in other topic regarding real capacity,… Coordinate need for action together with SCM for monthly DCC in case of exceeded or less demand than capacity. Point out the trigger of the bottleneck of SCM (production, market or vendor). Ensure the execution of measures coming from DCC meetings that can be solved/clarified by the production segments Collaborate together with Industrial Engineering for the classification of the machine and types allocation (MTA). Contribute in the creation and adjustment of setup sequences (e.g. setup wheels). Responsible for the quality of master data (ex: replenishment leadtime,create F-train,V-Train,B-Train,…) Data Management and Analysis: Maintain and update data for various reports including stock changes, budgets, outlooks, and inventory in PLM and AP systems. Use Power BI tools to refresh and export data as needed, and coordinate with digital teams to address RPA-related issues. Design and Reporting: Design and build reports to support manufacturing operations. Map and analyze business processes to identify improvement areas that can be supported by Business Intelligence tools. Collaboration for Data Collection: Collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s goal. Transform collected data into actionable information for Manufacturing Operations

 

Your Qualifications Engineering or Business Administration bachelor’s degree Experience in Supply Chain Management Knowledge about manufacturing Adequate operational background Good communication in English
