Responsible for any potential process enhancements which improve demand plan creation and integration of demand management processes and tactical execution. Creates analyses that supports the demand processes and drives the continuous improvement. **Principal Duties & Responsibilities** + Provide analytics in PowerBI/Excel & dashboards development. + Testing on new stat models and recommending to central stat on use cases. + Support the team to utilize segmentation functionality in the most efficient way. + Bridge contact between Demand Planners and CoE Team for Demand Planning technical issues. + Post analysis of general Demand Planning KPIs + Ad-hoc data analysis, validation, and correction to support business decisions making process. + New IBP functions testing and supporting development of currently existing ones. + Own stat fc related thresholds and KPI’s **_This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions.”_** **Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)** + Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong experience working in demand systems. + Statistical Planning experience with good understanding of processes in sales, marketing, and finance + Experience with SAP, ERP, IBP, BW, Power BI **What You Can Expect** **How You'll Create Impact** **What Makes You Stand Out** **Your Background** **Travel Expectations** EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
