Responsibilities The Opportunity Responsible for Modelling Exploratory Data Analysis and RCA, providing support with different Machine Learning solutions, including the creating of different demand analytics Your Impact As Demand Planning Modelling Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: • Provide statistical business insights into optimizing algorithms to improve forecasting solutions quality. • Analyze trends and model outputs to improve forecast accuracy and eliminate sources of bias. • Responsible of create/research and mantain analytical solutions for different business problems on forecasting • Support Forecast Analyst team day-to-day activities to solve planning issues through statistical analysis and other creative approaches. • Monitor, control and review change in patterns and forecast performance to inform forecasting team • Support data quality decisions impacting Demand Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education o Bachelors in Computer Science, Data Science, Actuary or related experience in Data Analytics. Experience o 2-3 years experience in Demand planning knowledge and planning processes o 2-3 years High ability to handle statistics and data interpretation o Intermediate programming abilities in SQL, R, or Python o Strong analytical skills, including Exporatory Data Analysis. o Ability to present quantitative data, providing analytical views for different business problems. o Ability to support continuous improvement or capability development including analysis, recommendations, and implementation. o Technical and programming capabilities with a willingness to learn in this space o Proficient use of visual reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc) o Innovative thinking looking for creative solutions to tough problems o Self starter and finisher (+) o Ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert in mutltiple business scenarios o Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze data o Proficiency in analyzing data to guide work / next steps o Sensitivity with confidential information o Excellent written and verbal communication skills If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
