DEMAND PLANNING INTERN - EUROPE DISTRIBUTOR MARKETS

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT 

 

COTY is seeking a talented, highly motivated individual to join our Europe Distributor Markets team as a Demand Planning Intern. You will work in the Market Supply Chain team that is responsible for 18 months’ forecast and S&OP, focusing on Distributor and Ecommerce channels in 40 countries. 

 

THE ROLE 

During the internship you will run analysis and support reporting to deliver the 50/50 demand plan for several brands in the Business Unit. At the same time, you will work on a project to deliver improvements in local planning processes and tools.  

This role requires working with stakeholders across different functions and provides good insights into internal and external forecasting processes enabling complex international supply chain operations. 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

 

Student in Supply Chain or Business program (it is important you remain enrolled with your university) 

Advanced Excel skills 

Excellent analytical abilities 

Proactive and hands-on  

Flexible and open to challenges 

Team player 

Good administrative & communication skills  

Fluent in English 

Passion for beauty and our brands and strong affinity with the dynamics of the FMCG 

 

PERIOD 

 

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 5-6 months and starts in September 2025. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card (if you do not have a student public transport card). The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
