Brief Description
Barilla Hellas SA wants to recruit a Demand Planning & Customer Service Analyst based in Athens. The individual will report to the REGION EEMEA DPCS Associate Director and will be responsible for coordinating exports’ full function in line with the directions of REGION EEMEA DPCS Associate Director.
Key Accountabilities
· Ensure the effective operation of the Contact Center for customers’ needs with regards to exports orders, delivery status, procedures’ implementation and invoicing
· Develop demand forecasts for export markets and perform the related ERP update
· Handle the exports orders’ process with a view to maximize order filling rate to the Customer and minimize inventory cost
· Execute all the Customs and authorities related procedures
· Facilitate the return and credit refund process
· Manage the planning activity of Goods’ labelling for export orders
· Strive for outstanding customer management and satisfaction levels
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
· Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent Studies. Master’s degree will be highly appreciated
· Very good knowledge of SAP
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel-advanced)
· Fluency in Greek and English
· Strong analytical & numerical skills
· Experience in FMCG is preferable
