Demand Planning Analyst

We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised. **What You Can Expect** This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between demand and supply, planning resources and monitoring processes to ensure the availability of products and materials, with a focus on optimizing the supply chain. The role also includes managing purchase and sales orders, stock management, logistics and interfacing with ZB factory to ensure a continuous production flow. **How You'll Create Impact** + Develop purchasing and production plans based on demand projections + Analyze sales forecasts and define supply plans + Review and maintain planning parameters (lead time, safety stock, minimum order quantities) + Manage purchase orders from placement to local warehouse receipt + Track Supply chain KPIs (leadtime, customs clearance deadlines, production availability, service level and forecast accuracy) + Monitoring availability risks and develop action plans for potential stockouts + Support logistics and operations department with sales order and availability to surgeries + Support on S&OP meetings and suggest improvements in planning processes, workflows, and tools. **What Makes You Stand Out** + Strong ability of Excel / Power BI skills (preferred); + Knowledge of ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, or others) + Analytical mindset with strong prioritization, organization, and communication skills + Proactivity and a systemic view of the supply chain and order management + Experience in the medical and orthopedic industries is a plus **Your Background** + Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields + Experience with ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, or others) + Intermediate to advanced English + Intermediate Spanish **Travel Expectations** 20% EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
