What You Can Expect

This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between demand and supply, planning resources and monitoring processes to ensure the availability of products and materials, with a focus on optimizing the supply chain. The role also includes managing purchase and sales orders, stock management, logistics and interfacing with ZB factory to ensure a continuous production flow.

How You'll Create Impact Develop purchasing and production plans based on demand projectionsAnalyze sales forecasts and define supply plansReview and maintain planning parameters (lead time, safety stock, minimum order quantities)Manage purchase orders from placement to local warehouse receiptTrack Supply chain KPIs (leadtime, customs clearance deadlines, production availability, service level and forecast accuracy)Monitoring availability risks and develop action plans for potential stockoutsSupport logistics and operations department with sales order and availability to surgeriesSupport on S&OP meetings and suggest improvements in planning processes, workflows, and tools.What Makes You Stand Out Strong ability of Excel / Power BI skills (preferred);Knowledge of ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, or others)Analytical mindset with strong prioritization, organization, and communication skillsProactivity and a systemic view of the supply chain and order managementExperience in the medical and orthopedic industries is a plusYour Background Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fieldsExperience with ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, or others)Intermediate to advanced EnglishIntermediate SpanishTravel Expectations
