Demand Planner TIGA & SEE

About the role:

As a Demand Planner TIGA&SEE, you will lead the demand planning process across two clusters within the Central and Eastern Europe region, managing a wide product portfolio in a dynamic and volatile environment. Your mission is to ensure high service levels and efficient inventory management by continuously improving forecast accuracy in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities:

Build accurate 18-month rolling forecasts for two clusters.\ Drive excellence in the monthly demand planning cycle. Collaborate with Customer Business Development, Supply, Sourcing, Finance, CI&TS to gather inputs and reach consensus forecasts. Provide visibility on demand trends in S&OE and S&OP meetings and steer cross-functional actions. Manage timely execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) and End of Life (EOL) transitions in the demand plan. Work closely with customers to improve demand visibility and service levels. Regularly update on demand plan vs targets and support scenario simulations. Deliver data-driven insights (including risks & opportunities) to support optimal business decisions. Use analytics to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias; challenge deviations between forecast and actual sales. Develop and enhance demand planning reports and visuals; lead continuous improvement initiatives. 

 

About you:

Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in demand planning.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.

Experience with SAP, APO, or OMP is a plus.

Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.

Curious, proactive, and improvement-oriented mindset.

Able to collaborate effectively across diverse, virtual, and cross-functional teams.

Experience in senior stakeholder management
