Job Description

Description of Role:

Drive forecast accuracy and optimize supply chain efficiency to support Philips Personal Health in the CEE zone during a fixed-term maternity cover.

 

Location: Riga

Your Role:

You will create an aligned short-term plan for order intake, demand, sales, and inventory by utilizing and enhancing the baseline forecast with inputs from Sales Team and Marketing Team, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Finance, and adjacent functions. You'll be responsible for submitting the forecast in our planning tool.Support the zone supply chain business partner in preparing, planning, communicating, and revising forecasts for the monthly pre-Sales and Sales review meetings and weekly update calls.Review and analyze forecast accuracy results and continuously work to improve forecast reliability.Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure that customer orders are booked with requested delivery dates that align with supply chain capabilities.Identify risks and opportunities impacting the short-term revenue outlook and work with relevant functions on gap-closing activities.Work with relevant functions to control inventory inflow and outflow.Monitor KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Commercial Inventory, On Time In Full, and Revenue.Be part of the Personal Health CEE zone organization, reporting to the Planning Leader for the region.

You're the Right Fit If:

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain Management).You have over 2 years of working experience in a relevant field and are results-oriented, taking personal accountability to deliver results.You possess excellent MS Excel skills, general IT application proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent. Proficiency in other languages is beneficial.You act as a role model for Philips Behaviors. Experience in the Personal Health industry is a plus.
