CSMl (Customer Services – Managed Logistics) is part of Siemens Healthineers and is the logistics provider for spare parts for Siemens Healthineers.  The planning team for CSML DX is located in Groot Bijgaarden.

Apply now for the position of Demand planner at CSML based in Belgium and you will plan, and control assigned logistic processes, inventories of DX spare parts to ensure a 100% availability of all items and to contribute to superior logistic process quality.

 

Responsabilities:

Ensure global availability of spare parts, including forecasting and planning. Place purchase orders with internal and external suppliers. Verify customer orders for completeness and coordinate with manufacturing sites. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams on demand planning, availability, and logistics processes with suppliers. Monitor KPIs and provide reports on forecasts, inventory levels, and performance. Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes while maintaining a network with key stakeholders. Manage inventory planning, assess risks, and optimize supply and demand strategies.  

Profile:

Open-minded, hands-on person. Proven experience in demand and supply planning within multinational companies; experience in the Healthcare industry is a strong plus. Applications from recent graduates are also welcome. Highly analytical, process-oriented, and proficient in using reporting and planning tools. Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficient in demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Baxter) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Access, PowerBI), with the ability to create and optimize custom reports. Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across regions and cross-functional teams. Fluent in English, a good level in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
