Demand Planner
Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of **Demand Planner** position for the Food category in Kyiv. **Main Purpose of the Job:** + Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products and customers, which also includes the full ownership of generating and maintaining total forecast on product level. + Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes. + Identify and manage exceptions, and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances. **Main Responsibilities:** + Collect Information and Assumptions about events, activities in relation to promotions, product launches, customer/distribution changes that form important part of demand plan. + Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage portfolio lifecycle, such as new product launches, packaging changes, phase-in/phase-out, and product discontinuation. Ensure that demand is appropriately forecasted and maintained in all circumstances. + Generate and Maintain the Forecast: Demand planner has sufficient knowledge to be able to understand and maintain statistical forecasts in SAS Forecast Studio, supported by Demand Analyst. APO DP remains a statistical forecast tool unless SAS is not yet deployed to cover the portfolio. Combining incremental, impactors, Demand Planner finalizes the total volume forecast. + Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive effective Monthly Business Planning process to reach consensus demand plan. as a primary input to the Dynamic Forecast. + Collaborate with peer Planners to share best practices, liaise with Business Excellence and Sales Management to drive continuous improvement and improve ways of working and Demand Planner. **Main Requirements:** + University Degree; + 2+ years of experience in the supply chain (Customer Service, Physical Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Planning); + Good knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain processes; + Excellent analytical and mathematical skills; + Good planning skills; + Good communication and negotiation skills; + Written and spoken upper-intermediate English.
