Responsible to make sure requests can be successfully ship on time. **What Will you do:** + Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions. + Analyzing historical sales data, and other relevant factors to predict future product demand. This helps in ensuring that inventory levels are maintained appropriately to meet customer needs without overstocking. + Manage customer priorities, high priority back orders, back orders and past due. + Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; primary escalation process. + Evaluate restrictions to meet the sales plan and communicate impact to Demand planning supervisor. **Degree Requirement** + Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International trade or similar. + Intermediate English **Skills:** **Demand Management:** + Knowledge of demand management process, production plan definition. + Demand reports and analysis, to determine variation. + Buffer strategy definition for shipping level products and inventory management. + Tools development to detect Demand variation. + Identify customer priorities and manage them on the production line. **Forecasting:** + Production plan definition. + RCCP analysis to identify manufacturing capabilities & restrictions. + Basic knowledge on Sales and operation process. + Proactive communication with operations, manufacturing, supply chain team to meet demand. **Additional information:** + This vacancy is in Cienega de Flores. + Hours are Monday through Friday. + Relocation is not available. **Final** **details** Please frequently check the email associated with your application, including the junk/spam folder, as this is the primary correspondence method.
