As part of our continued growth, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our supply chain operations while developing your skills through industry-recognised training. **Role Overview:** Reporting to the SIOP Excellence Manager, the **Demand Manager** will be responsible for overseeing and managing the demand process within the aerospace manufacturing sector. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and alignment with production schedules to meet customer demands efficiently. The **Demand Manager** will create and maintain forecasts for LRU’s, and services (i.e., product families), integrating forecast information gathered from the Commercial team and External sources with historical sales data, market trends, and other information that may be available. The **Demand Manager** will provide information to the Leadership Team in support of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and will lead the Demand Consensus Meeting each month.
