**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic Portfolio Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, researching, and qualifying new business opportunities that fuel the growth of our hardware platform solutions. You will leverage data-driven insights and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, directly contributing to our market expansion and revenue targets.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead Qualification & Nurturing:**
+ Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their potential fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
+ Develop and implement strategies for nurturing early-stage leads through targeted communication and information sharing.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with content strategies and campaigns.
+ **Data Analysis & Reporting:**
+ Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics (e.g., lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, lead quality) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
+ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize lead generation efforts and improve pipeline health.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
+ **Market Research & Identification:**
+ Conduct in-depth market research to identify target industries, companies, and key decision-makers aligned with Celestica's Portfolio Solutions offerings.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the networking, storage, and compute domains.
+ Utilize various data sources, including online databases, industry reports, social media, and internal CRM, to uncover potential leads.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
+ Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide insights to support their sales efforts.
+ Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to refine target personas, messaging, and overall lead generation strategies.
+ Participate in strategic planning sessions to align lead generation activities with overall business goals.
+ **Process Improvement & Innovation:**
+ Continuously seek opportunities to improve lead generation processes, tools, and methodologies.
+ Research and recommend new technologies or platforms to enhance lead identification and qualification.
**Typical Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
+ Educational Requirements may vary by geography
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
+ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and lead generation tools/platforms.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
+ Strong research skills and a keen eye for detail.
+ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proactive, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
+ Familiarity with hardware platform solutions, networking, storage, or compute technologies is a strong asset.
+ Experience with lead generation tool's such as Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly desirable
+ Ability to travel ~15% to Events, Channel Partners and Sales Meetings
**Typical Experience**
+ 8+ years of proven experience in lead generation, market research, or business development, preferably within the IT industry. Reseller, Distribution, System Integrator experience preferable.
