As a Demand Generation Manager at Autodesk, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing targeted and relevant automated campaigns to guide prospects through the email, webinar and paid demand generation channels, nurturing them into satisfied customers. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including growth, content, product marketing, and marketing operations, to ensure the successful execution of campaign activities. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at raising awareness of our products in specified marketing industries, increasing sales leads and driving marketing sourced pipeline and revenue for our emerging businesses. You will work closely with worldwide, divisional, and market segment teams to ensure effective campaigns and maintain consistent messaging, aligning marketing programs with sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns. Create automated campaigns to guide prospects through paid media, email and webinar channels, nurturing them into satisfied customers. This includes creating segments, copywriting, proofreading, and reporting on campaign performance.Initiate and execute paid and organic demand generation campaigns with internal stakeholders. Plan optimization and growth opportunities through A/B and multivariate tests to gain further insights into customer behavior.Manage demand generation activities, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and guide creative, copy, and development teams to produce designs that share a cohesive and logical brand story.Analyze campaign performance to help optimize content for the webinar and email channels. Report on channel-level KPIs such as open rates, click-throughs, unsubscribes, and lead conversion, deriving insights and learnings to improve future campaigns. You will also be expected to report on bottom-of-funnel metrics such as marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-sourced opportunities, and marketing-sourced ACV.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution across various campaign activities. Present campaign performance reports in a clear and concise manner.Support regional campaigns, collaborating with your EMEA and APAC counterparts to ensure tailored execution and effective alignment with Sales targets in those regions.Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns in the B2B SaaS space.Strong background in managing email and webinar channels, including planning and optimization through a segmented approach.Strong understanding and proven background managing Marketing and Sales technology such as Marketo and Salesforce,Experience in project management, particularly in campaign management, agency management, and stakeholder communication.Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and deriving actionable insights. Strong understanding of the B2B Sales cycle and inbound funnel is highly needed for this role.Ability to develop and execute industry-focused marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives, increase sales-qualified leads, and drive revenue for the business.Experience collaborating with worldwide, divisional, and GEO teams to ensure effective regional campaigns.Proficiency in creating and adapting marketing collateral, toolkits, and campaigns for target customer segments.Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships, monitoring the effectiveness of resource allocation, and maximizing ROI of all programs.Learn More
