In this role, you will manage inventory levels for selected product categories to ensure product availability, freshness, and optimal stock levels. You will drive cost-efficient and time-effective supply planning processes, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and commercial plans.
How you will contribute
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee replenishment and supply planning for assigned product categories, ensuring timely availability and inventory optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Category Planning teams. Analyze forecast plans and inventory policies to minimize waste, manage short shelf-life risks, and improve product availability. Coordinate with HUBs to align on optimal stock levels and manage stock coverage across the distribution network. Monitor and manage slow-moving inventory, driving resolution in stakeholder meetings. Generate stock availability reports and communicate potential gaps proactively. Ensure accurate and timely data flow for weekly replenishment cycles; track production plans against forecasts and correct deviations. Submit and interpret KPI reports to support continuous improvement and internal alignment. Prioritize shipments across the supply chain, including production sites, warehouses, co-packers, and customers. Ensure timely delivery of seasonal products (e.g., Easter, Christmas) in alignment with commercial timelines. Develop and deliver both routine and ad-hoc supply chain reports for internal stakeholders.What you will bring

University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in replenishment, sourcing, or supply planning Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)Familiarity with operations/production processes and packaging development is a plus Knowledge of information systems and project management techniques is considered an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage tight deadlines, handle complexity, and think strategically Fluency in English and RomanianWays You Add Value:
