We’re looking for a Demand Planner to join our team and support end-to-end demand planning activities. This role is responsible for processing customer forecasts, tracking forecast accuracy, and managing demand exceptions in Demantra.

What You'll Be Doing:

Forecast ManagementProcess and consolidate customer forecasts regularlyWork with Sales and Account teams to understand upcoming demand driversMaintain up-to-date demand signals for accurate planning inputsForecast AccuracyTrack and report forecast accuracy by customer, product, and regionAnalyze trends and highlight significant variancesRecommend adjustments to improve forecast reliability over timeException ManagementReview and address exceptions flagged in DemantraInvestigate root causes of demand spikes or gapsWork with cross-functional teams to validate and resolve anomaliesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance to align on assumptions and key planning inputsSupport the monthly demand review and S&OP cycles with data-driven insightsReporting & AnalysisGenerate recurring and ad hoc reports to track forecast healthProvide visibility into forecast trends, changes, and risks

What We Are Looking For:

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain rolesExperience with data analysis and visualization.Intermediate-advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, logical functions, ect)Excellent verbal and written English skills.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred)

Experience with Oracle Demantra or other ERPs.Knowledge/experience with Power BI.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$38,000 - $45,000.00 MXN Monthly
