Work You'll Do As a Technology Packages Summer Scholar, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients maximize the value of industry-leading technology platforms such as Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow. Leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen, you will ensure these solutions are expertly configured, seamlessly integrated, and continuously optimized to address evolving client needs. Key Responsibilities + Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to client objectives. + Configure, test, and troubleshoot technology packages to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. + Lead and support user training initiatives, data migration activities, and upgrade management to ensure smooth transitions and system adoption. + Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to maintain optimal solution health. + Drive strategic business transformation by deploying, integrating, and optimizing technology solutions-such as modernizing operations with ERP platforms, streamlining IT service management with ServiceNow, automating finance processes with Oracle, or enhancing workforce strategies through advanced HR technologies. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into actionable business insights.
