As a Business Strategy Analyst, you will work at the intersection of corporate, customer, M&A, human & workforce, finance, business transformation, and operations strategy. You will work alongside industry-leading clients to help them make decisions and implement enhancements to their business' strategy, productivity, performance, and long-term profitability. Working both independently and collaboratively, you'll analyze data, uncover insights, and develop and implement strategies that not only provide the path an organization should pursue, but why. Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree completed by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study:
+ Business (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Org Behavior)
+ Science
+ Technology
+ Engineering
+ Mathematics
+ Operations
+ Supply Chain
+ Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations)
+ Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred).
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date
+ Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate is $100,000.
