We are looking for Van Driver to provide timely delivery of products to our Air Products customers in a safe and compliant manner, within agreed processes and procedures.

You would be required to deliver our products safely in accordance with legal requirements and our own safe working procedures throughout the UKI.

The role provides a front-line business-critical activity, being part of the Air Products team supporting our continuing customer relationship, which improves retention on a long-term basis.

What will you do?

Adherence to all safety rules, processes, and procedures, as safety is a condition of employment.

Pre & Post vehicle check in-line with DVSA guidelines, and Air Products standards

Maintain tachograph infringement level in-line with DVSA/Traffic commissioner expectations, and Air Products standards, whereby regular feedback, monitoring and coaching will be provided to ensure full compliance.

Loading, unloading and all other activities associated with product management

What are we looking for?

Required:

Licence minimum category B (C1 preferred)

Proven driving experience and consecutive driving experience operating the class of vehicle that will be operated at Air Products upon employment

Proven track record of working within a safety-first environment

Able to work under own initiative with excellent communication skills

Proven track record of ability to drive in a professional manner, and to achieve best in class performance relating to safety and efficiency monitored and supported by digital vehicle data

Preferred:

Valid (in date) ADR Training Certificate 2,3,8 minimum (refreshed every 5 years)

Valid (in date) Driver's CPC Qualification Card (DQC) and evidence of current Periodic Training Status
