We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Supervisor. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering programmed work orders and managing work priorities in the Wollongong region. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Schedule Programmed Works, travelling to properties to validate scopes submitted by our client, identifying any variations.Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.Ensure all information relating to each work order is accurately captured within management systems. Build and maintain very strong relationships with customers. Complete pre, mid and post work inspections for each work order, ensuring progress of these inspections are recorded within the system with relevant documentation.
What You’ll Bring
Mechanical / Electrical, or relevant Trade Certificate and driver’s licence.
Must own vehicle as a requirement to travel within the region and conduct site visits.
Strong stakeholder management experience, internal and external and have managed subcontractors within a construction project environment.
Travel to the office fortnightly for team collaboration.
Skilled in handling high-volume work orders with strong administrative abilities to ensure accurate job management in the system.
