Reporting to: Manager Replenishment and Delivery Processors team Warsaw

Role: Organize shipments in SAP and work with stakeholders to ensure on time deliveries to customers.

Requirements:

Professional experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistic or back officeVery good English language skills oral and writingExperience in Ms. Office programs, especially ExcelExperience in ERP Systems, SAP is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a multicultural environmentTeam player, multitasking ability, detail oriented with attitude “can do”, quick learner

Main tasks:

Plan and create Deliveries according to SAP signalsTimely processing of incoming signals from SAP on daily basisCreate all required documents necessary for transports, if needed customs clearanceInstruct and liaise with stakeholders to prepare and arrange execution of shipmentsOrganize and monitor rush loadings / transports with logistic partnersClose communicate with Warehouses and Carriers about deliveries.Plan, create and execute Shipments timely in SAP allowing invoicing to final customerMonitor deliveries to ensure timely delivery to destinationDaily contact with logistic partner and other stakeholdersProactive communication to stakeholders if delivery cannot be organized or delivered on timePGI management, manual creation when needed, monitor PGI’s are done timelyMaintain correct documentation in requested files, records and internal documentsReporting according to governmental requirements i.e. SENT portalHandle return shipmentsReply on all incoming e-mails on regular basis to solve pending issues, give status of deliveries etc.Perform all work according to procedures and existing rules in SolenisInform the supervisor about discrepancies and issues connected to deliveries managementInform the supervisor if any of above tasks cannot be accomplishedParticipate in Projects i.e. testing of new SAP plant codes, new tools, new functionalities
