Delivery Partner

We currently have an opportunity for a People & Culture Delivery Partner. Join our People & Culture team and play a key role in driving business-aligned people programs, fostering a culture of safety and compliance, and empowering leaders with the tools and training needed to enhance employee engagement, development, and well-being. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

 

Please notes this is a 12 month contract.

 

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Lead and manage People & Culture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget and quality standards  Identify and engage key stakeholders, establish effective communication channels and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project & annual cycles  Provide advisory support and coaching to managers to manage employee relations and industrial relations matters   Support the execution of cyclical events such as performance, remuneration and talent cycles Contribute to the scoping, planning and delivery of business improvement projects and people engagement initiatives 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary Qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline (desirable)  Delivery of HR projects and annual cycle events Knowledge of Fair Work Act, relevant awards, enterprise agreements and other employment legislation   Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite, document preparation and HRIS/payroll, Learning Management and Recruitment Software  Experience in facilitating training is desirable
