Job Title: Delivery Operations Leader, Türkiye

Job Role: Responsible for all activities within the scope of Delivery Operations for Türkiye Operating Area (OA), this role ensures that all DO (Delivery Operations) services — including day-to-day operations — are delivered by the team to the business on time and to the highest standards. In addition to maintaining seamless operational continuity across existing teams, the role also involves designing and executing a strategic roadmap to optimize processes and enhance resource specialization. Ultimately, the goal is to transform team operations in alignment with the Uplift program, which aims to deepen expertise and streamline activities through vertical integration

 

Delivery Operation Scope:

Responsible for supporting the sales reps and field organization by managing and maintaining set of sales and field administrative tasks and processes robustness. Ensures the smooth operation of activities – booking governance, Technical Sales support, handling documentation, field asset management , subcontractor management.

Responsible for Customer Care Center and Otisline.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage the DO team within the OA and act as an escalation point.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.

Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet demand and optimize productivity.

Monitor team performance, provide prompt and constructive feedback, offering support, training and development opportunities.

Foster a customer-focused culture within the team, emphasizing the importance of service excellence.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving escalated issues promptly.

Contribute to process definition, process improvement, and process harmonization efforts across processes falling within the scope of DO.

Collaborate with the OU DO leader, sales and field teams, COEs, and other stakeholders.

Builds strong cross functional relationships

Role Specific Skills & Competences

7 years of experience proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a shared services or similar environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Process oriented thinking

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Technology-fluent (enabling tech & automation)

Be able to travel between 0% and 20% of the time.

Change oriented & work with ambiguity

Exceptional command of written and spoken English.

Experience in process integration and improvement is preferred.
