Delivery Manager - Web CMS Platform

Joining the Digital Products Portfolio The Digital Consumer Engagement Products portfolio plays a critical role in delivering PMI’s Smoke-Free Future. We are enabling digital services to our consumers and retailers by building platforms to communicate our vision to broader society. When you join this team, you will work in a dynamic, diverse, and warm environment. You will be primarily focusing on defining your Digital Product vision, regularly engaging with your customers to gather feedback and understand their needs in order to maximize value. You will be part of all stages of Digital Product incremental value delivery. As Delivery Manager of Web CMS Platform, you:

 

Manage Web and CMS experience while leading the Platform Team, which provides internal services to reduce the cognitive load on Product TeamsSupervise the delivery of initiatives pertaining to the Platform Team from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budgetAct as the primary point of contact for Stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the product lifecycleMonitor and govern the quality of development processes and practices, ensuring adherence to shared platform rulesUnderstand, implement, and measure key Business and Engineering metrics related to performance, quality, and availability, and collaborate regularly with the team to enhance these metrics periodicallyMonitor service management metrics for the entire Web Product Group to ensure the Platform Team supports the Product Teams in delivery of resilient and high-performing applicationsEstablish a strong engineering culture within the Product Team, with focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability

 

Your day-to-day

 

 Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, Product Owners and Tech Leads in making the Digital Product vision – realityLeading discussions within the Platform Team and be the “go-to” person for the team for guidanceIn collaboration with Development Team, translating requirements into low-level technical designsActively contributing to the Refinement, Planning, Review and Retrospective ceremoniesEstablishing a strong service management culture within the Product Group, with focus on service definition, SLAs, OLAs, Knowledge & Problem Management etc.

 

What is needed to succeed in this Role?

 

Vast experience in website development with comprehensive understanding of the surrounding ecosystemExperience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager Cloud (AEM)Strong proficiency in ITIL frameworkExperience in leading a small teamExpertise in all common AWS Cloud technologies, Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflowsBachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or other IT related fieldGood communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas to engineering and non-engineering audiencesA keen eye to quality with focus on web core vitals and securityProblem solver, motivated to confront challengesOrganizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlinesGood stakeholder management, ability to build meaningful networks with internal and external stakeholders.
