Job Description

The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of solutions and managing operations to support delivery. This role requires the individual to meet strategic objectives such as growth, client satisfaction, and program KPIs. The Delivery Manager will lead and direct program/project teams, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and timing requirements. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and growing relationships with key client stakeholders, providing overall governance for engagements, and serving as an escalation point for technical, client, and colleague issues.

ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage overall operations for assigned account/location(s) with responsibility for growth, gross profit, client stakeholder management, and client satisfaction.Provide governance for engagements, ensuring terms of the MSA are met by building relationships with key client stakeholders, aligning strategic and tactical objectives, managing expectations, and providing timely reports and updates.Maintain, monitor, and manage program budgets; plan, control, and allocate resources required to meet program requirements.Build and maintain strong client relations at all levels of the organization.Work with client’s technical stakeholders to facilitate workflow development, project scope development, risk assessment, issue resolution, and work forecasting and planning.Provide direction and innovation in service/process improvement, cost reduction, and recommendations for business process optimization and profit improvement.Build and oversee teams at multiple sites/locations to ensure consistency of services, compliance with client processes and standards, and responsiveness to client and colleague requirements.Develop and implement colleague performance and development plans to meet individual and program goals, including primary responsibility for consultant management.Ensure compliance with client’s training and policy requirements.Collaborate with support groups to build robust systems and processes for performance management, billing, invoicing, operational support, and training and development.Maintain awareness for additional business opportunities and support pursuit of future business through quality results and escalation when additional opportunities arise.Essential Skills5-7 years of experience managing professional services delivery of outsourced solutions from definition through execution.5-7 years of people management experience of large teams, including training, development, mentorship, and day-to-day responsibility of project execution.Experience with technical solution management and strategic solution outsourcing.Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies.Program/project implementation experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience bundling and customizing offerings to create customer value and lower engagement costs within Managed Services preferred.Technical solution management and strategic solution outsourcing preferred.Proven expertise in building or expanding operations or major accounts.Strong written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct meetings with high-level decision-makers.Effective communication and partnership across globally distributed cross-functional teams in virtual environments.Proficiency in PC applications, particularly MS Office suite.Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Work Environment

The role may require travel up to 50% of the time. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and roles in a virtual environment, utilizing MS Office suite tools.
