**Job Description:** .Net Delivery Manager will implement, manage, support web-based applications supporting Dental Network Administration, Quality Management Program, Clinical AI Review DB and Cactus. This person will be responsible for leading the offshore technical team and developing applications, making enhancements, and engaging with the onshore technology teams. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including: · Expertise in Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, .Net core, Restful API, WCF, MVC, MSSQL · Oracle SQL server · jQuery, JavaScript · CI/CD · Jenkins · Service Now · JIRA · Confluence · React & Angular (basics) · Launchpad · AWS services (basics) · Swagger · PostgreSQL · Hive & Presto Resource needs to have hands on experience building and consuming Restful API Services, create queries, stored procedures, and packages for relational database management systems. Resource needs to have detailed knowledge of design patterns, architecture connecting multiple applications through Restful API services. Resource needs to have the experience of working in an onshore/offshore model and have the proven ability to deliver. Resource will be the expert and go to individual for web and mobile application implementations. Needs to actively lead technical teams and participate in PI planning events. Help manage risks and dependencies including escalating impediments.
