If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** * Support TEL sellers to drive business growth * Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding IBM Z services. * Conduct regular service reviews, address escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Align IBM Z services with business requirements and IT strategy. * Drive adoption of DevOps, cloud integration (Hybrid Cloud), and AIOps for mainframe operations. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Deep understanding of IBM Z architecture (z/OS, z/VM, z/Linux), subsystems (CICS, IMS, Db2), and middleware (MQ, WebSphere). * Expertise in mainframe operations, including JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, RACF, and SMF/log analysis. * Understanding of IBM Z and Hybrid Cloud solutions (Red Hat OpenShift, IBM Cloud Pak for Z). * Experience with mainframe modernization (APIs, containerization, microservices).
