Role Description
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading large and complex programs within budget and schedule, ensuring alignment with organizational and client objectives. The role involves managing a portfolio with TCV of $3–5 million, implementing robust governance models, driving digital transformation, and managing a span of 60–100 associates. This position requires strong leadership in program delivery, customer engagement, financial management, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver large and complex programs adhering to defined processes and quality standards.
Manage portfolio P&L of $3–5M; support 10–15% YoY growth.
Build and mentor teams of 60–100 associates; ensure engagement and career development.
Drive program governance through tools such as RACI matrix, RAID log, and SteerCo meetings.
Implement digital transformation initiatives and propose innovative, value-added solutions.
Track and optimize delivery processes within budget, applying financial levers to improve profitability.
Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring end-to-end requirement fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Conduct periodic reviews, manage risks, and resolve escalations.
Collaborate with account teams, product engineering, and vendors to align with client goals.
Mandatory Skills
Proven experience managing programs/portfolios worth $3–5M.
Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (Agile, DevOps, SDLC).
Expertise in P&L ownership, profitability management, and account governance.
Hands-on experience with RACI, RAID logs, and Steering Committee reporting.
Strong client stakeholder management and vendor/partner governance.
Experience in digital transformation delivery within IT/Healthcare/Insurance domains.
Good to Have Skills
Experience with HealthEdge HealthRules Suite or healthcare payer platforms.
Background in managed care environments or healthcare IT ecosystems.
Knowledge of pricing and licensing models, outcome-based pricing, and ROI/IRR analysis.
Familiarity with cloud-based healthcare administration solutions.
