Delivery Manager I
Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 F&O Program Delivery Lead to own and manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale D365 Finance and Operations programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and delivery expertise across core Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Reporting domains, and demonstrate proven experience leading multi-million-dollar, multi-country rollouts with complex integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle of D365 F&O implementations – from planning, execution, testing, go-live, to hypercare.

Manage scope, budget ($5M–$10M), timelines, resources, risks, and interdependencies across workstreams.

Engage and collaborate with Finance and Operations business stakeholders to ensure alignment with transformation goals.

Drive activities across data migration, environment management, legacy system integrations, Azure, Power Platform, and testing.

Establish and enforce quality assurance, change control, and business readiness best practices.

Act as the primary escalation point and ensure timely resolution of issues and risks.

Deliver regular program updates and insights to executive stakeholders and sponsor groups.

Define and manage program roadmap, benefits realization plan, and integrated master schedule.

Foster alignment across cross-functional teams and support governance frameworks.

Must-Have Skills:

15+ years of total experience with at least 8 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012.

Proven track record in end-to-end delivery of D365 F&O programs, especially in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Reporting.

Experience leading $5M–$10M programs across multiple geographies.

Deep understanding of enterprise integration with Azure, Power Platform, and legacy systems.

Strong functional leadership experience with hands-on capability in program governance, stakeholder management, and benefits realization.

Prior roles such as Functional Lead, Program Manager, or Delivery Manager in large transformation programs.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with CRM rollouts and cross-product Microsoft ecosystem projects.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance, audit controls, and data governance.

Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid methodologies for ERP project delivery.

Experience with third-party tools used in D365 environments (e.g., data migration tools, test automation suites).

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or Project Management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).

Exposure to Power BI, Dataverse, and other analytics/reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder influence at CxO/sponsor level.

Leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and change leadership capability.
