Job Description & Summary
The role will support the Delivery Management function within the Global Member Firm Delivery Team. Operating on a local, regional and global scale, the Delivery Manager manages, plans and implements multiple transformational projects in security and technology services within one or more Member Firms across the PwC network. This position serves as the liaison between the assigned Member Firms(s) and Core Project teams and will act in coordination with the Relationship Management team as a primary contact point for Territory to address business, technical, and support matters.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent soft skills and have a background in technology. Here are some of the key responsibilities for this role:
Interface with the Global Tech & Network Information Security (NIS) Relationship Team to facilitate the effective delivery and deployment of technology and cyber security products and services when technical capabilities are required
Coordinate and monitor large, strategic cross-functional Tech & NIS implementation projects partnering with EMEA Member Firms on service adoption roadmap and change management
Partner with Relationship Management team, territories, and global teams to establish an annual Tech & NIS roadmap to support the adoption of technology
Support the Relationship Managers in programme issue escalation, resolution, communication, and awareness throughout the fiscal year
Coordinate programme timelines and manage wave schedule planning
Partnering with the territory stakeholders (CISO, CIO etc.) to facilitate effective adoption and delivery of programs
Oversee coordination and scheduling tasks, and support deployment and go-live checklist activities
Assist and coordinate with the CISO and CIO through the Relationship Lead to communicate awareness materials
Collaborate with the Emerging Tech Function to support the adoption of new and emerging technologies
Lead customer technical feedback reviews and ensure a smooth transition to Business as Usual (BAU).
Skills and experience:
Minimum 2 years in similar professional roles involving prior experience in the delivery of technology workstreams
Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to facilitate complex discussions
Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and high levels of self-motivation
Able to build relationships and connect with virtual audiences to draw out different perspectives
Possessing the ability to manage multiple technical programs and effectively work collaboratively with stakeholders in varied geographic areas;
Building solid relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective and efficient program delivery
Using creative thinking to promote adoption across the Member Firms
Evidencing adept problem solving and critical-thinking skills
