Position Summary:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Responsibilities:
Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelineProvides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and scheduleWorks with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirementsSupports resource planning for delivery and executionEnsures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standardsRequired Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience required.Experience leading complex cross-functional IT initiatives in large scale enterprise application architecture and implementationBusiness analysis experience and/or demonstrated ability to effectively translate technical issues into business terms and deliver the information in a clear, concise way, ensuring the organization makes rapid and informed decisionsSelf-driven leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieving results and demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in priorities with ease and is comfortable working “in the gray” while defining the way forwardStrong executive presence and communication skills needed to partner with, establish credibility with and influence key stakeholders in a heavily matrixed environment.Execution-oriented with ability to quickly organize work and execute with speedAble to manage multiple threads of work and balance / decision competing prioritiesConsultant like mindset, if not prior consulting experienceDesired Qualifications
Degree in Communications, Business, Finance or Engineering, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated experience with MRAs, Regulatory Rules/Regulations, and/or other regulatory related change.Prior experience in CFO/Treasury/Markets/FinanceSkills:
