Join us! **Job Description:** This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. **Responsibilities:** + Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) + Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams + Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline + Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule + Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements + Supports resource planning for delivery and execution + Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards + Work closely with the development teams, scrum masters, project managers, and product owners to plan and coordinate the releases and oversee release dependencies. + Create and maintain release calendar and ensured to get approvals for Remedy change management tickets. + Communicate upcoming releases to stakeholders. + Leadership: be a self-starter, self-directed and shows initiative. + Focused on execution, delivery, and commitment to dates. + Ability to work in a high paced environment. + Can manage risk; is a good decision maker. + Understands the big picture; can relate to the firm’s strategy and actions and how they support our business results. + Demonstrates ownership: Is accountable and influence/can hold others accountable (professionally). + Ability to communicate and influence upward as well as laterally. – Organized and detail oriented. + Have a strong technical acumen. + Ability to partner with others for the good of the initiative. – Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Safe Agile methodologies. + Create and manage the Release process within, implementations and deployments for application changes in different Agile projects in the Cloud, SAS/LBaaS and Network **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum of 10 years’ experience required in Technical role supporting network project/programs. + 5+ years of End-2-End Release Management experience + Strong Project Management Skills, ability to lead a team and drive to results + Strong Knowledge of Bank of America Enterprise Change Management standards + Working knowledge of products, services, business flows and understanding of financial context in which technology and operating principles are used within their business area. + Has knowledge of software development and general awareness of testing + Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices + Ability to comply with bank standards for information security and business architectures. + Ability to provide project status on deliverables or escalate issues to sr. leaders and executives + Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Must possess analytical and problem solving skills **Desired Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in technical field + Industry Certifications in PMP, SAFE **Skills:** + Collaboration + Project Management + Result Orientation + Solution Delivery Process + Stakeholder Management + Analytical Thinking + Business Acumen + Financial Management + Influence + Risk Management + Agile Practices + Architecture + Data Management + Solution Design + Technical Strategy Development **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
