We are currently seeking a Delivery & Installation Assistant which will be based in Auckland. The D&I team supports our expanding customer base across this key metro area. Our aim is to achieve the ultimate in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and we know that means looking after you behind the scenes too. 

In this physically demanding role, you’ll: 

Work alongside a Lead Driver to deliver and assist with the basic installation of premium appliances—some weighing up to 200kg

Handle heavy lifting safely and confidently

Represent our brand professionally with entry-level customer service skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

Delivering and basic installing of appliances - Up to 200kg

Receiving and loading orders onto the delivery truck and unloading of goods

Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers

From time to time, you may also be supporting the workshop and warehouse

Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety

Work closely with logistics teams, schedulers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.

About you:

Similar experience in a driver delivery role, but we'll provide training to the right person

A clean and valid Class 1 Driver's License would be an advantage

Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Auckland

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a positive, friendly, approachable nature

Ability to balance customer-facing experience with physical capability for heavy lifting
