Ōnin Staffing is hiring Delivery Helpers to support a fast-growing logistics company in Lakeland, FL. This isn’t a dead-end gig—you’ll start as a Delivery Helper and have the chance to grow into a Delivery Driver and even a Professional Installer. We’re looking for teammates who show up, work hard, and are hungry to level up!

What You'll Do as a Delivery Helper:

Ride along with the delivery driver and assist with loading/unloadingHandle furniture, appliances, and large items with careHelp secure items to prevent damage during transitProvide excellent customer service and support installsPrep products in the warehouse before deliveryWork a full shift on your feet—this is a physical, hands-on job!

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

A strong desire for career growth and willingness to learn new skills (Driver Helper to Driver to Installer)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team-lift for heavier items)Comfortable with physical work: bending, twisting, climbing in/out of trucksDependable and punctual—this team starts early!Willing to work long shifts (10–12 hours)Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required to advance to a Driver roleTeam player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
