**Introduction** **Your role and responsibilities** Delivery Consulting Engineer, IBM Corporation, Lowell, MA (100% telecommuting permitted): * Define architectures, configure software, and implement solutions for customers deploying OpenPages software and associated applications. * Develop, configure and implement applications for clients. * Assist with the development of proposals, supporting business development activities, and actively participating in the OpenPages Professional Services community via knowledge sharing, best practice documentation and training. * Support technical deliverables on a project and help to manage the customer and project. * Support and perform all phases of software development lifecycle leading to development, implementation and testing of scalable solutions. * Develop UI Components using state of art tool and technologies. * Ensure delivering quality code and support customers on cloud and On-premises with their issues on products, provide resolutions or a code fix to the customers. * Implement and configure specific modules in OpenPages such as Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Continuity Testing (BCT), Internal Audit Management (IAM) based on the client's needs, design and generate custom reports and dashboards, provide insights to clients on risk metrics, compliance status, and audit results. * Utilize: ReactJS (React JavaScript Library), Java (Programming Language), RESTful APIs (Web Services), SQL (Structured Query Language), Spring Framework (Java Framework). Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a OpenPages Delivery consultant or related.
