As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will be client-focused, courageous and pragmatic.  To help achieve this win-win outcome, a 'day-in-the-life' of this role may include, but not be limited to… * Self-Motivated Problem Solving: Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in addition to find the solution for the customer. * Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team. Availability to work at the help desk during different shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—according to the service structure and business unit requirements. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Communication Skill: Excellent communication and teamwork. * Educational Background: Business/Communications, Computer,Engineering , or equivalent experience in Computer Information, Systems/Engineering. * Practical Tech Experience: Hands-on exposure to real-world with domain of windows suite knowledge. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving skills with attention to detail, precision, and time management. * Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team. * Self-motivated and Curious Problem-Solver: Demonstrate a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.
