Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for providers on EHR functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing provider support and troubleshooting for EHR-related issues. Analyze and assess current EHR provider usage and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with clinical & technical teams to ensure the EHR system meets the needs of providers and patients. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and EHR advancements to provide relevant recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field. Experience in EHR implementation and support within a healthcare acute or ambulatory environment. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR Experience in training and educating healthcare staff. Project management skills.
