We have an immediate need for a Delivery Assurance/Expeditor on site at a supplier for our customer. This position is in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The primary focus of this role is to provide onsite support providing delivery information to our customer hourly/daily/weekly.
What You will Do:
Tracks work order movement through the manufacturing process of specific product identified by value streamProvide part status inputs along with Line of Balance Documents process issues.Tracking and Monitoring material flow between various departments and parties.Both internal and externalPrepares progress reports. Line of Balance (WIP) reportingWeekly reports covering accomplishments, roadblocks and forward-looking support Facilitates implementation of need-based solutions.Helps identify resources that might be needed to keep product movingWork Experience

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Office Environments, as well as being on the Shop Floor.Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.Typical 40 hours weeks plus lunch / core (required) hours / General shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pmAbility to use personal transportation to visit customer defined locations.
