What You will Do:
Utilize and create a shared file weekly using SAP to track shortages over 30 daysHandling releases within SAP for quantity holds.Monitor Customer Requirement Dates for order release in partnership with OAs to mitigate impact to metricsDistribute reports from Tableau for abnormal quantity holds.Communicate with customers and clients of any delays and impacts on shipments/orders.Create workflows.Follow up on Lead Time holds on any parts and communicate and document the details for reporting out. Reconcile FAI report with open order report – communicate and escalate priority PNs with engineering teamCreate/update Standard Work as neededSeek allocation from other plants in network to assist with shortages or extended LTs to lessen impact to customersWork Experience
What You Will Bring:
1 year experience in delivery assurance or related fieldBasic understanding of supply chain principles Strong organizational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyExperience within SAPProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook)Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing prioritiesPay Range: $26.44/HR - $27.40/HR
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
