Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct delivery assurance activities remotely with identified suppliers and partsConduct WIP and LOB reviewsUpdate Operations tracker of critical partsCreate recovery action plan and hold suppliers accountableLiaise between suppliers, Buyers and StakeholdersEnsure timely and accurate Stakeholder communication and escalation

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

6-9 years in a Supply Chain oriented industry/role, Delivery Assurance experience is a plus Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related fieldSolid communication skills, organizational skills and time managementHands-on experience with project managementAbility to both prepare presentations and present to them, speaking to each point after gather requirements from subject matter expertsAbility to manage and speak to stakeholder and external team feedback

Desired Skills:

Proven track record of creating and maintaining relationshipsFamiliarity with Aerospace Industry and Parts, or related engineering field

Substantial amounts of telephone and computer workThis position is fully remote Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to proceduresFlexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving earlyThis is a part time role
