Job description:

ServiceNow Architect Capgemini is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to work with our clients to architect, develop, and implement dynamic solutions within the ServiceNow Platform. This position focuses on one or more ServiceNow solutions, including:• IT Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, SecoOps, Hardware Asset, Software Asset, etc.)

• Customer Workflows (CSM, Employee Center, etc.)

• HR Workflows (HR Service Delivery (HRSD) • Security Risk

• App Development The ideal candidate will demonstrate their in-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform by working hand-in-hand with our customers to ensure that the solution implemented meets best in class technical and practical standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Leading the design, development and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions • Provide solution guidance and facilitate discovery, design, and implementation sessions. • Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues, ensuring optimal performance. • Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and configuration guides.

Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect

• ServiceNow Certifications in area of specialties • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

• ITIL 4 Foundations

• Proficiency in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript).

• Experience with REST/SOAP, Glide API integrations and Flow Designer within ServiceNow.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with CMDB configuration and data management.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization practices.

• External Client consulting experience highly preferred

• Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred

• Experience leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
