The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced risk and compliance professional to join our amazing Customer Relations and Advocacy team within QBE!

Your New Role

Responsible for the governance of policies, data, and documents.

Ensure compliance with mandatory training modules.

Oversee the efficient and effective delivery of initiatives aligned with the business plan.

Develop and implement strategies for communicating changes and updates within the team.

Ensure internal stakeholders are informed of relevant changes.

Act as the primary support for the case management system SPARK, assisting with incident resolution and system enhancements.

Liaise with IT to maintain and improve the core platform used for complaint handling in a timely manner.

About you

A strong General insurance background along with:

Strong experience within Risk and Compliance

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills

Delivery of business unit strategic and operational plans

Understanding of dispute resolution preferred but not required

Strong history in delivery of initiatives and regulatory changes

Ability to work in a fast paced everchanging environment
