This is more than a training job — it's your opportunity to fuel the future of aerospace through education. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Lead employee development projects and produce engaging educational content. + Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to qualify new instructors and mentor junior facilitators. + Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both content delivery and training consultation. + Monitor stakeholder environments and performance metrics to ensure training aligns with business goals. + Facilitate training across shifts, delivering hands-on instruction aligned with aerospace manufacturing standards. + Collaborate with engineers, designers, and curriculum developers to create creative, learner-focused tools and activities. + Evaluate training effectiveness through observation, testing, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement. **Required Qualifications** + Minimum **3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations** or manufacturing support. + Background in coaching, instructing, or working as an employee development specialist. + Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs or technical training. + Proficiency in interpreting work instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints. + Flexibility to work all shifts depending on training demand. **Preferred Qualifications** + Lean Manufacturing Certification and/or Aerospace Manufacturing credentials. + Hands-on experience with structural, mechanical, or electrical systems (e.g., wing/spar assembly, structural repair, functional test). + Background as a mechanic or technician in areas such as Electrical, Structures, or Systems. + Experience conducting needs assessments and job analysis to inform training strategies. **Why Join PDS Tech Commercial?** At PDS Tech Commercial, we connect elite professionals with projects that define industries—and futures.
