Salary: $2300 / Week Facility Info + Group Homes: Operates 35 homes (1–4 residents each) within 9 miles of HQ Role Details + Position: Residential Delegating Registered Nurse + Schedule: Mon–Fri, 12pm–8pm or 1pm–8pm (no weekends); slight flexibility possible + Contract: 8 weeks with possibility of extension based off of performance. + Pay Rate: $50/hr - 40 hours per week = $2,000 + Start: ASAP + Position Description: The Delegating RN plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality healthcare services for individuals with developmental disabilities residing in group homes. This position is responsible for conducting regular health assessments, coordinating care, managing medications and overseeing the delegation of nursing tasks to direct support professionals (DSPs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). The RN ensures compliance with state regulations, provides training and supervision to staff and maintains accurate documentation to support continuity of care. + Working closely with the Director of Nursing and other team members, the Delegating RN visits assigned group homes (typically 5–6) on a rotating basis, completing assessments every 45 days per client. The role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. While some remote work may be possible, the position is primarily on-site and in the field, with a 50/50 split between the center and group homes.
