Use established guidelines and reports when reviewing data to make recommendations on strategic and operational business decisions that may be in support of loss mitigation, security, and/or other processes. Conduct the necessary research and follow-up to identify, communicate, and address issues related to work function. will be office centric workstyle at either of the posted locations-providing administrative support for issues management/project management within Default Solutions **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Provide and ensure excellent customer service to all internal business partners and external clients. 2. Facilitate and provide resolutions for all account escalations within established timeframes while informing management as appropriate. 3. Accurately complete documentation and workflow updates in all required systems. 4. Provide support to the department/staff with production related activities, as needed, and may serve as a back-up for area manager activities and control monitoring. 5. Minimize risk by complying with Federal regulations, state laws, Bank policy and Unit procedures. Identify, mitigate or communicate any issues or concerns to appropriate parties. Update and/or review bank/department procedures to ensure they align with current policies and practices. 6. Manage assigned tasks for strict adherence to applicable requirements to ensure appropriate outcomes/actions. 7. Actively participates in special projects, department initiatives and additional duties, as assigned. 8. Train and mentor junior associates. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. High School Education or equivalent. 4+ years of client services, call center or operations experience. Flexibility to adapt to frequently changing processes and procedures. 2. Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products. 3. Excellent, Professional Verbal and written communication skills. 4. Excellent critical thinking, analytical, time management and organizational skills with great attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. 6. 3+ years of successful experience and knowledge in assigned or similar functional area **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. College/Associate degree or equivalent work experience 2. 5+ years of successful experience and knowledge in assigned or similar functional area 3. Strong knowledge of Bank applications and products with focus on Default 4.
