Corteva Agriscience™ presents an exciting opportunity for a Decision Agronomy Manager – Europe Region
Travel: 20–25% overnight; day travel to production sites as needed
Description:
Corteva is seeking a Decision Agronomy Manager to lead the implementation and support of digital agronomy tools across our European seed production operations. This role is pivotal in enhancing field productivity, optimizing costs, and strengthening collaboration with agronomy teams and seed growers. You will champion digital transformation, provide expert training, and ensure effective use of agronomic data and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead deployment and support of digital agronomy platforms for regional production teams.
Train and coach agronomists and growers on digital tools, data collection, and equipment use.
Drive productivity and quality improvements through data-driven field management strategies.
Oversee seasonal data processes (planting, fertility, harvest) across multiple sites.
Guide grower and field selection using data science and performance analytics.
Conduct and analyze digital agronomy research to inform product positioning and training.
Promote awareness and adoption of Corteva’s digital agronomy solutions.
Gather feedback from field teams to refine digital strategies and tools.
Serve as a subject matter expert in seed production agronomy practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies and agronomic innovations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Ag Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in agronomy, precision agriculture, and team leadership
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to coach, influence, and build relationships across teams
Hands-on experience with farm machinery, GIS, GPS, VRT, and mapping software
Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, and adaptability in dynamic environments
Fluency in English
