**Job Title: Deburring Technician** **Job Description** As a Deburring Technician, you will be responsible for blending mismatches and edge-breaking parts to meet customer specifications. You will work with minimal supervision to understand and fulfill customer requirements such as BAC 5300 and BAC 5730, utilizing various tools to achieve precise results. **Responsibilities** + Blend mismatches and edge-break parts according to customer specifications. + Understand and meet customer requirements like BAC 5300 and BAC 5730 with minimal supervision. + Utilize deburr guns, pencil grinders, and other tools to achieve customer specifications. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in deburring and grinding techniques. + Experience with deburr guns and pencil grinders. + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and punctuality. + Follows instructions with strong attention to detail. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Mechanically inclined with good manual dexterity. **Why Work Here?** The company is committed to continuous sustainable growth and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
